On 30-31 of October The Heart Failure Summit took place in Barcelona. This summit was entitled: Innovation in Clinical Care in Heart Failure and was designed to provide support to clinicians in their daily clinical management of heart failure. Tiny Jaarsma presented some challenges that HF nurses would like to change in future care. This ideas were gathered from colleagues from CESAR and also from international colleagues.
It was interesting to hear the patients voice and the input from several disciplines.
